Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to return the item and issue a full refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.
